Job description
We are looking for an independent, proactive, and fast-thinking person to work closely with the Head of the Migration Group of the institute and support the functioning of its team. You enjoy administration and back-office support as you assist with all tasks related to project support including writing reports and coordinating office logistics. You know how to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines to guarantee the smooth operations of the team. Part of your job will also be logistical tasks like organising meetings, events and conferences, travel bookings, processing reimbursements, and taking minutes of meetings. You will be required to collaborate with other departments in the institute including HR.
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch language skills is a plus.Excellent knowledge of Office programs including Excel.Proven experience in performing administrative duties efficiently with attention to detail.Drive and willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment.Organisational skills and the ability to switch tasks.Experience working with an international team is a plus.A sense of humour and flexibility!
