05/02/2025: Reminder to sign-up – Brainstorm event on INCENTIVE Grant for Maastricht University MACIMIDE researchers

The conditions of the grant are that the money cannot be used to support individual or group-based research projects via a competitive procedure but should rather be used to support the MACIMIDE community as a whole. To ensure that we use the funding as inclusively as possible, in a way that meets the needs of MACIMIDE members and supports the future development of the MACIMIDE community, we would like to invite you to a brainstorm session to develop ideas for how to use the funding. Examples of ideas include: offering skills- and arts-based workshops; inviting scholars or artists on a fellowship to Maastricht; hosting problem-solving “hackathons” or policy labs; providing science communication initiatives and trainings; acquiring/developing shared tools or resources (e.g., datasets, equipment, software, etc.); organizing a conference, symposia or networking activity. 

Please join us for drinks, snacks and creative thinking on Wednesday, 05 Feb. from 15:00 to 16:30, in the Attic room 3.002, Grote Gracht 80-82. The session ends with drinks for all.
