Dr. Mathilde Catharina Tubbergen successfully defended her dissertation “Leuker kunnen we het niet maken, wel duidelijker: Een onderzoek naar de ervaren procedurele legitimiteit in het Nederlandse asielproces” on 26 June 2024.

The Refugee Survey Quarterly invites applications to join its dynamic and diverse general Editorial Board. Board Members work with the Editors-in-Chief to guide the direction of the journal and work with potential contributors. 

After recent regional and national elections in the Netherlands (March & November 2023), Belgium (June 9 2024) and the European elections (June 6-9 2024), a new political reality has emerged on several levels; the regions, the Netherlands and Belgium, the Benelux and the European Union.
