Maastricht Centre for Citizenship, Migration and Development (MACIMIDE) 

The Maastricht Center for Citizenship, Migration and Development (MACIMIDE) is announcing vacancies for one 3-year post-doctoral researcher position and for three 4-year PhD positions, starting 1 January 2017 (or as soon as possible thereafter): 

Varieties of capitalism, variation in immigrant self-employment

Dr. Melissa Siegel has been appointed Professor of Migration Studies at Maastricht University from August 2016. She has also been appointed Co-Director of the Maastricht Center for Citizenship, Migration and Development (MACIMIDE) from 1 September 2016. She joins professors Gerard-Rene de Groot and Maarten Vink as MACIMIDE Co-Director.

Five tenure-track posts of professor/associate professor in the New Social Research (NSR) programme for the fixed term of five years 

One PhD scholarship and one Postdoctoral scholarship on social protection policies and transnational migration (ERC funded project)
