07/03/2024 – ITEM/SVB Information session – Pension from The Netherlands and Germany

More and more people are working in different countries. As a result, people are increasingly getting pensions in both countries. How do these different pensions work? In this session, Bureau for German Affairs will discuss the structure, amount and effective date of statutory old-age pensions from the Netherlands and Germany. We will also look at the consequences of getting statutory pensions from both countries and the consequences of other income. Finally, we will look at the consequences of supplementary (2nd pillar) pensions.
