Studio Europa Maastricht presents ‘The Missing Puzzle Piece: reconciling labour migration and the European social model’ as a part of the Jean Monnet RELAY project.

In the 1990s, Robert Serry was the first Dutch ambassador to Ukraine, which had just become independent. In early March 2014 he was sent to Crimea as Special Envoy to the Secretary-General of the United Nations to mediate the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. He was held up by armed guards and finally was forced to abandon his mission. 

Prof. Sabyasachi Basu Ray Chaudhury (Rabindra Bharati University, Mahanirban Calcutta Research Group), will give the upcoming Seminar Series on Forced Migration talk which will be titled “Governance of Forced Migration in South Asia: Need for a Decolonial Approach?”
