02-23/08/2023 – Online workshop series (quantitative methods): Learn to use the SOEP over lunch

Target, registration, and other information 

This online workshop series offers a short online introduction to the data of the Socio-economic panel study. Participants will be introduced to the content of the study, its data-structure, sample selection and weighting strategy and they will be provided with an overview over the study documentation. 

For the online seminar we use the provider Cisco Webex. If you want to join the workshop, please register (name, institution) with Janina Britzke (jbritzke@diw.de) until July 14, 2023. Invitations with the link to the online platform as well as materials will be sent out the week from July 17 to July 21, 2023 before the workshop. 

There is no limitation on participants – so everyone will get a spot. The workshop will be held in English and participation is free of charge. Questions will be taken throughout the workshop!
