The Department of Law and Legal Studies invites applications from qualified candidates in critical migration, refugee, and immigration law and policy. The qualified candidate will be expected to conduct research, teach, and supervise in one or more of the following areas: global migration, detention, and border control; Canadian refugee and immigration law in a transnational context; transnational “crimmigration” and securitization; and, citizenship, deportation, movements, and the boundaries of community.
