MACIMIDE Co-Director Melissa Siegel and Katrin Marchand invited to GIZ webinar

Dr. Marchand presented an ‘Introduction to understanding remittances’ and Prof. Siegel spoke on the ‘Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on remittances in countries of origin’. These contributions were complemented by input from GIZ staff on the organisation’s activities in the area of remittances and a discussion with the members of the GIZ Working Group ‘Employment and Migration’.
