Vacancy: Division Director at Open Society Foundations
The International Migration Initiative seeks to address systemic exploitation, discrimination, and violence against migrants at every stage of their journey and build stronger ties between host communities and newcomers. The Welcoming & Integrated Society division, as envisaged, will focus its work on supporting novel efforts at the city level that will deepen support for refugees and migration and forge cohesion. This is a new role and a new division for the program and we think an incredibly exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to build a team that will pioneer innovation in creating meaningful impact on this critical issue. We are seeking someone with fantastic management and strategic leadership aptitude who can ideally leverage existing networks at the city and municipality level to the program’s work.
