PhD grant for “Migration and Innovation” in Bordeaux

Requirements 

  1. A Masters level degree in economics or a related field (M2-Recherche or equivalent master degree), to be obtained before end of June 2021 
  2. Econometric competencies at intermediate/advanced level. Some familiarity with bibliometric and patent data, or willingness to acquire it. Competencies in data mining are a plus. 
  3. Familiarity with one or more or the following programmes: Stata, R, SQL-based data management programmes (e.g. MySQL), Pyhton 
  4. Proficiency or near-proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not required. Supervisors also speak Spanish, Italian and Catalan
