In our next UNU-MERIT & MACIMIDE Migration Seminar, we will welcome Dr. Lea Müller-Funk (Department of Migration and Globalisation at Danube University Krems, Austria) to our online seminar series. Dr. Müller-Funk will present us with a seminar, entitled Daring to aspire: Violence, life aspirations and displacement trajectories in civil war contexts on (im)mobility decisions in civil war settings. 

You are invited to a hybrid roundtable to discuss evidence from a recently published Dejusticia book, Migration and Decent Work: Challenges for the Global South.

Join this hybrid seminar that will explore the protection gaps between the rights of all individuals as articulated in European human rights standards and the experiences of irregular migrants living and working across EU Member States.
