UNU-MERIT and its School of Governance are implementing an impact evaluation ofConnecting Diaspora for Development (CD4D), a programme operated by the International Organization for Migration Netherlands. As a continuation of IOM’s Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals (TRQN) project, the programme links diaspora members with Dutch residency to institutions in their countries of origin.
