Call for Papers

This special issue seeks to address the societal challenges in relation to digital inclusion faced by migrant and refugee women as this is a group that is disproportionately affected by intersecting forms of exclusion and marginalization.

The Laboratory for Studies and Research on Gender, Environment, Religion, and Migration (GERM) at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal, would like to invite you participate in the International Symposium to be held in Saint-Louis on March 27 and 28, 2026, on the theme: “Migration and Climate in Africa: Emerging Dynamics and Challenges for the Future.”

You are invited to submit a paper proposal for the conference ‘Identities and Law: How the Law Shapes the Senses of Belonging.’ 

Livable Cities 2026 is an international and interdisciplinary conference and publication series. Bringing together universities and scholars globally, it examines diverse readings of the history, culture, design, management and experience of life in cities. Previous conferences in have been held in New York, London, Bangalore, Lisbon, Barcelona, Calgary and elsewhere. The 2026 annual conference to be held on 17-19 June, 2026, is organised with the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. It is subtitled ‘Critiquing the Urban Renaissance’. 

The ASEAN Research Center at the Asia School of Business is pleased to announce the sixth ARC-UNHCR Conference on Refugee Studies and Forced Displacement (REFCON 2026), organised in collaboration with UNHCR Malaysia, the UN Refugee Agency. The 2026 conference is tentatively scheduled for 9–11 June 2026 and will be held at the Asia School of Business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
