The Odysseus Network presents its yearly Summer School “EU Immigration and Asylum Law and Policy” that will take place as usual in Brussels from 30 June to 11 July 2025. 

We are delighted to inform you that the Bandung Conference (Afro-Asian Conference), South-South Cooperation: Solidarities, Knowledge, and Worldmaking (a Doctoral Schools Course) will take place on May 6, 7, and 8 at Ghent University.

We are excited to announce that the application deadline for our Summer School for PhDs has been extended to 21st April.

This multidisciplinary course offers valuable insights into key challenges surrounding migrant inclusion in a digitalised society. By engaging with experts from diverse fields, participants will develop a comprehensive, multidisciplinary understanding of one of today’s most pressing and widely discussed topics.

Migrant Justice in the Age of Removal details the story of Migrant Justice, a migrant rights organization led by undocumented workers in a complicated and perhaps unexpected location: Vermont, United States. This compelling story, which includes U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s use of a covert informant to infiltrate the group and deport key members of its community, provides a detailed analysis of the state of immigration enforcement in the country today, alongside an intimate portrait of successful modes of resistance against it.
