Prof. Melissa Siegel was interviewed for the Migration Podcast published by the International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion in Europe research network (IMISCOE).

Last year, the International Migration Insititute (IMI) completed its relocation from the University of Oxford to the University of Amsterdam’s Institute for Social Science Research (AISSR).

Dr. Katie Kuschminder has won a ‘Starting Grant’ from the European Research Council (ERC), which is awarded to researchers with two to seven years of experience since completion of their PhD.

DigiD is known as the quick and easy identification system for use of government websites. Sadly, in the past frontier workers seemed to be excluded from this service. Until now, that is. On 26 November the first symposium on Migration, Health and Integration took place, a collaboration between the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance/UNU-MERIT (with the Maastricht Centre for Global Health and the Maastricht Centre for Citizenship, Migration and Development) and the Radboud University Network on Migrant Inclusion (RUNOMI) in Nijmegen.
