The Maastricht Centre for Citizenship, Migration and Development (MACIMIDE) is an interfaculty and interdisciplinary research centre, bringing together scholars working on migration from various disciplines such as history, law, economics, sociology, anthropology, policy and development. The centre wants to contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics and consequences of transnational migration and mobility in a European and global context for both policy and academia.
