Tim Huijts appointed as Professor of Sociology at the Centre for Global Health Inequalities Research (CHAIN)

As of April 2021, Tim Huijts (UM-SBE) has started a part-time position (0.2 FTE) as a Professor of Sociology at the Centre for Global Health Inequalities Research (CHAIN) in Norway (https://www.ntnu.edu/chain). He will also keep his position as a Research Leader at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. At CHAIN, he will continue his research on health inequalities, including migration-based inequalities in health, and the role of intersectionality in health inequalities.
