The Citizenship and Governance Research area at the Open University is a 5-year £2.5M investment to undertake research on 21st century global challenges on the changing relations between states, citizens, and markets.
You will hold a PhD in Social Sciences or Humanities specialising in research on citizenship and governance and will be responsible for developing a research programme in this field as well as contributing to the development of the research environment by leading or contributing to external research funding bids, organising events, and communicating research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the development of a new research environment at The Open University and to become part of an international network of academic researchers in the field.
