CfA: MACIMIDE Junior Visiting Fellowship


MACIMIDE Junior Visiting Fellowship 2015/2016

The Maastricht Centre for Citizenship, Migration and Development (MACIMIDE) invites applications for Junior Visiting Fellowships for the academic year 2015/2016. The duration of fellowships is between 3 and 6 months. MACIMIDE Visiting Fellows are expected to engage in collaborative work with members of MACIMIDE along one of the four research themes:

  • Migration and Development
  • Transnational families
  • Cross-border Mobility
  • Citizenship and Immigrant Integration

Fellows are required to take up residence in/near Maastricht for the whole period of fellowship.

MACIMIDE is able to cover administrative costs related to affiliation and workplace at Maastricht University. MACIMIDE cannot offer junior visiting fellows any grant or other financial support. Fellows are advised to secure  funding from other sources.


Applicants should be enrolled in a PhD programme and should work on topics related to MACIMIDE research.
