Call for Nominations: 2015 Inaugural Best Paper Award of the CES Immigration Research Network

We are delighted to announce the inauguration of the CES Immigration Research Network Best Paper Award. The award will honor the best paper to be presented at the CES International Conference of Europeanists. Kindly sponsored by the journal Comparative Migration Studies, the winner will receive a prize of €500. Any paper presented by a network member or in a network-sponsored panel at this year’s CES conference, as well as papers from non-members that address research topics of interest to the network, are eligible to be considered.

If you would like your paper (or someone else’s) to be considered, please fill out the linked online application form. All submissions must be received by Friday, 24 July 2015 at 11:59 P.M. EST. 

This year’s prize committee will include Saskia Bonjour (University of Amsterdam), Andrew Geddes (University of Sheffield), Tony Messina (Trinity College) and Maarten Vink (Maastricht University/European University Institute).

The prize-winning paper will be announced via the CES Newsletter and IRN mailing list in Autumn/Fall 2015 and will be awarded at the next 23rd International Conference of Europeanists in Philapelphia, April 14-16 , 2016.
