Forced Migration and The Arts is hosting an online event focusing on festivals. The event takes place virtually on Thursday, 30 November 2023 and will run between 2pm and 7.30pm UK time.

  • Are you a refugee artist or an artist with lived experience of forced migration?
  • Alternatively, are you a refugee or non-refugee activist, academic or events organiser?
  • Do you organise, take part in, write or conduct research around festivals that include or involve refugee artists or artists with lived experience of forced migration?
  • Would you like to speak at the November 30 event?

Forced Migration and The Arts is a monthly online series that aims to create space for people with lived experience of forced migration, artists, academics and activists to meet for conversation, to share ideas and possibly also explore ways of collaborating with one another. Currently the series does not receive funding from any source.
